Biography: Dr. Zhen Yang is a Professor at Department of Energy and Power Engineering, Tsinghua University. He received his B.E. and Ph.D. degrees in Power Engineering and Engineering Thermophysics from Tsinghua University, Beijing, China in 2002 and 2007, respectively. He was a post doctor at School of Mechanical Engineering, Purdue University, West Lafayette, USA during 2008-2010. He joined Tsinghua University in 2010. His research interest includes Thermal Energy Storage, Solar Thermal Power System, Boiling & Condensation, Flow and Heat Transfer in Porous Materials. He has published about 100 peer-reviewed articles in leading journals, including Applied Energy, Energy Conversion and Management, Energy, etc. He was the Keynote Speakers at 2012 Annual Conference of Heat and Mass Transfer of China Society of Engineering Thermophysics, and the 6th International conference on cooling and heating technologies (Xi’an, China). He was a Professor at Chongqing University in China in 1994, Royal Society Fellow and visiting Professor at Brunel University in UK in 1995, Research Fellow at National University of Singapore in 1996, Research Fellow at Howard University, USA during 1997-2000, Fellow and Senior Principal Engineer at ALSTOM Grid in USA during 2000-2015, National Distinguished Expert at EPRI, China Southern Power Grid during Jan. 2016-May 2018 and now Professor at South China University of Technology since June 2019. Prof. Renjie Ji

China University of Petroleum, Qingdao, China

Biography: Renjie Ji was born in Qingdao, China in 1982. He received the B.E. and Ph.D. degrees in mechanical and electronic engineering from China University of Petroleum, China, in 2005 and 2011, respectively. He worked as a lecturer for China University of Petroleum from 2011-2012. Since 2012 he became the associate professor, doctoral tutor of China University of Petroleum. Since 2017 he became a professor at China University of Petroleum in China. During this period, he has done many research as a principal investigator in many projects, most of them were supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China. Now he has published more than 80 refereed journal papers and has presented more than 10 international conferences papers. For the commercialization of the results of his research work, 32 patents have also been granted. More than 11 items of awards have been gotten, most awards to him were for the science and technology success. He was also selected as a Hong Kong scholar, which was supported by China Postdoctoral Science Foundation and Hong Kong association of scholars in 2015.

Prof. Qingsheng Zeng

Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (NUAA), Nanjing, China

Biography: Qingsheng Zeng (S'97--M'02--SM'11) received his Ph.D. from University of Ottawa, Canada, and is currently a distinguished professor and PhD advisor of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (NUAA), an adjunct professor and PhD advisor of University of Ottawa, Carleton University, Université du Québec an Outaouais (UQO), and Institut National de la Recherche Scientifique -- Centre Energie, Matériaux et Télécommunications (INRS-EMT), a guest professor of Harbin Engineering University (HEU), Northwestern Polytechnic University (NWPU), Beijing University of Post and Telecommunications (BUPT) and Beijing Jiaotong University (BJTU).

He has been a research engineer and a senior research engineer at Communications Research Centre Canada (CRC), Government of Canada. Dr. Zeng has undertaken research and teaching in several fields, including antenna analysis and design, electromagnetic compatibility and interference (EMC/EMI), ultra wideband technology, radio wave propagation, computational electromagnetics. He is the Chair of AP (Antennas and Propagation) / MTT (Microwave Theory and Techniques) Joint Chapter and Secretary of EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) Chapter of IEEE Ottawa, a Member of IEEE Canada Industry Relations Committee, and a senior member of IEEE. Dr. Zeng has been a member of the Strategic Projects Grant (SPG) Selection Panel (Information and Communications Technologies B) for the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC), a member of Site Visit Committee of NSERC Industrial Research Chair (IRC), and a reviewer of NSERC Industrial R&D Fellowships.

Prof. Cheng-Fu Yang

Biography: Cheng-Fu Yang was born in Taiwan on July. 12, 1964. Yang gained his B.Sc., Master, and PhD degrees in 1986, 1988, and 1993 from Department of Electrical Engineering of National Cheng Kung University (NCKU), Taiwan. After obtained the PhD degree, Yang entered academic life in 1993, first at the Department of Electronic Engineering, Chinese Air Force Academy (CAFA), Taiwan, and since February 2000 as a professor at CAFA. In February 2004 he joined as a Professor of Chemical and Materials Engineering of the National University of Kaohsiung (NUK).

His current research interests are focused on fine ceramics, microwave ceramics, dielectric thin films, optical materials, transparent conducting oxides, solar cell materials, microwave antennas, and microwave microstrip filters. So far, he has published more than 240 SCI and 160 EI international journal papers and also has published more than 300 domestic and international conference papers. Prof. Yang is a reviewer of more than fifty different journals in his research fields. He is a guest editor of several academic journals in his field and he is a member of editor board of “Journal of Electrical and Electronic Engineering” and “Journal of Wireless Communications and Mobile Computing”. Now he is an ACES member and published a paper in ACES journal. He is a reviewer for the papers submitted in ACES journal. He is the first one to investigate a printing method with low environmental pollution to fabricate the microwave filters and antennas, as the printing method does not require FeCl3 solution to etch the Cu plate from the surfaces of the Duroid or FR4 substrates. Also, his paper published in Journal of ElectroMagnetic Waves and Applications (A novel compact 2.4/5.2 GHz dual wideband bandpass filter with deep transmission zero, 25 (2011) 617-628) was a highly cited paper on 2012.

He obtained “The Outstanding Contribution Awards of the Chinese Ceramic Society” in 2009. Prof. Yang was the first one to be the distinguished professor of NUK on August 2009. So far, he was been one of the general chairs in six international conferences and been one of the committee in over ten international conferences. He has also encouraged in developing the research field of microwave communications, and now he is one of general chairs in the annual conference “International Conference on Innovation, Communication and Engineering” (ICICE 2014 and ICICE 2015). Importantly, he was the fellow of Taiwan Institute of Knowledge Innovation (TIKI) on Oct. 2014 and the fellow of Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) on May 2015. Now, he obtained the Minjiang Scholarship of Fukien Province, China and he was the Visiting chair professor of Jimei University, Fujian.

Prof. Xiao Huang

Tongren University, Tongren, China

Biography: Dr. Xiao Huang is an professor at Tongren University. He received his MD degree from Ningbo University in 2011 and PhD degree from Chongqing University in 2014. Subsequently, he joined School of Sports and Health Science, Tongren University. He is now working in the field of biomedical engineering to develop various smart drug/gene delivery.
His scientific work has been published as more than 20 papers in prestigious journals (Nanoscale, Nanotechnology, International Journal of Pharmaceutics, etc.), 3 monographs and 5 patents. The awards he received include high level innovative talents (Guizhou Province, 2016), patent award for health and family planning system (Wanzhou Chongqing, 2015).Now he is serving as invited reviewers for several journals including Mat. Sci. Eng. C, Process Biochem., J. Nanopart. Res. etc.

Dr. Xiaolin Wang

University of Tasmania, Hobart, Australia

Biography: Associate Professor Xiaolin Wang obtained his B. Eng. and Ph.D. from the Xi’an Jiaotong University in China. He is currently working as an Associate Professor and Associate Head of Engineering at the School of Engineering, University of Tasmania. He enjoys a strong record in research fields including cooling and power engineering, process engineering, desalination and application & utilization of renewable energy.

He is a Fellow of Engineers Australia and a member of World Society of Sustainable Energy Technologies. He won the 2005 Ludwig Mond Prize by Institute of Mechanical Engineers, United Kingdom, which is awarded for the best contribution or contributions made during the previous year to the progress of mechanical engineering of interest to the chemical industry. He also won 2009 Australia China Young Scientist Exchange Program Award, 2016 Australia Japan Emerging Research Leader Program Award, 2016 UTAS Dean’s award for outstanding research. He was named as field leader in thermal science by the Australian Research in 2018. He has published more than 150 papers and completed research grants at a total value of more than $6 million.

Biography: Zunxian Yang was born in Hubei. China on May. 29, 1973. He gained his B.Sc., Master, and PhD degrees in 1997, 2001, and 2004 from Wuhan University of Technology(Wuhan, China), Wuhan University of Technology(Wuhan, China) and Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shanghai, respectively. After obtained the PhD degree, he has been engaged in the research work since 2004, first at the Department of Electronics Science and Technology, Fuzhou University(FZU), Fuzhou, and since July 2013 as a professor at FZU.

His current research interests are focused on Graphene, TiO2 based nanomaterials, Sn or SnO2 based nanomaterials, carbon nanotubes, and other lithium storage materials; Li-ion batteries materials, fuel cell and photolectronics materials&devices . So far, he has published more than 50 SCI and 60 EI international journal papers. Prof. Yang is a reviewer of more than thirty different journals in his research fields. He is a member of editor board of many famous Journal in his research field. He has granted many awards during his research work including The second prizes of the 12th, 11th and 10th fujian excellent scientific and technological papers. Biography: Dr. Maohua Li is an associate professor at Xi'an Siyuan University. He received his MD degree from Shaanxi Normal University in 2009 and PhD degree from European Szent Istvan University in 2018. And then, he set up the Institute for Corporate Social Responsibility, and become the director of this institute.This institute is focusing on environment protection, sustainable development and social responsibility. He joined School of Business, Xi'an Siyuan University. He is now working in the field of social responsibility and environment protection. He has published more than 30 papers in prestigious journals and international conferences, 10 of which have been indexed in SCI, EI, CICP, etc.

Biography: Dalin Zhang received his B.S. degree from Jilin University, Changchun, China, and the M.E. degree from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China, in 2012 and 2015, respectively. Biography: Bing WANG earned his PhD from Center for Energy and Environmental Policy Research, School of Management and Economics, Beijing Institute of Technology. As a visiting Scholar in University of Ottawa, Canada, he has done an internship research program from 2013 to 2014 sponsored by China Scholarship Council. He currently is a faculty member as Associate Professor in School of Energy and Mining Engineering, China University of Mining and Technology, Beijing (CUMTB) and a researcher in Beijing Key Laboratory for Precise Mining of Intergrown Energy and Resources, CUMTB.

Dr. Wang has more than 20 peer-reviewed publications in journals such as Renewable and Sustainable Energy Reviews, Energy Economics, Applied Energy, Journal of Cleaner Production, Energy Policy, International Journal of Hydrogen Energy, Natural Hazards etc. These papers include 20 papers cited in SCI/SSCI and three papers highlighted in ISI ESI (Essential Science Indicator) highly cited papers.

His areas of research interest/expertise include energy transition strategy policy modeling, renewable energy development policy, energy economic and climate change impact assessment. Biography: Dr. Jinyang Xu is an Associate Professor and a Doctoral Supervisor of Mechanical Engineering at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China. Dr. Lalith Edirisinghe

Biography: Doctor Lalith Edirisinghe was born in Sri Lanka on the 16th of January 1961. He studied Science and Mathematics at the Ananda College Colombo, Sri Lanka. In 1981 he joined the Merchant Navy of Sri Lanka as a Cadet officer. In 2010 he pursued his Postgraduate studies in Business Management from the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka with a distinction pass. Later in 2013, he explored the global essence of postgraduate education at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka thus perusing a Master of Business Administration Degree in International Trade and Logistics in collaboration with the University of Canberra, Australia.In 2016, he obtained his Doctor of Engineering Degree major in Transportation planning and Logistics Management offered by Dalian Maritime University, Dalian, China. During this period in Dalian he was teaching maritime management, dangerous goods handling and container control. He has also obtained the certificate of the International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code from the North West Kent College in the United Kingdom in 2009.

His PhD research was on container inventory imbalance and it was concerned with the absence of collaboration in liner shipping which is a global issue that results loss of billions of dollars every year and huge environmental hazard. Dalian Maritime University commenced education partnership with Sri Lanka campus namely CINEC Maritime campus in 2005. Doctor Lalith Edirisinghe became the most crucial contact point in the higher education sector between China and Sri Lanka due to this partnership. At present he is the in charge of undergraduate, Master and PhD programs conducted by Dalian Maritime University in Sri Lanka. With the affiliation in the transport and logistics sector he set up a goal to make “logistics” a subject in the school curriculum. He took the leadership, with the blessings of the management of CINEC Maritime Campus, in popularizing Logistics education in Sri Lanka through awareness programs in schools, PR articles, seminars, Interschools Quiz competitions, Essay competitions, inter university competitions etc. he was the project chairman of the first ever National Logistics Awards conducted in Sri Lanka.

Biography: Dr. Husam I. Shaheen is an Associate Professor at Tishreen University; Faculty of Mech.& Elect. Engineering- Electrical Power Engineering Department, Latakia, Syria.

He received His MSc. and Ph.D. Degrees both in electrical engineering (Power system and its automation) from Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST), Wuhan, Hubei, China, in 2005 and 2008, respectively. Dr. Shaheen started his academic work with the department of electrical power engineering at Tishreen University in 2008. In 2015, he joined the ISEC Program at Xiamen University of Technology (XMUT) for three years. Dr. Shaheen is a supervisor of several Ph.D. and MSc. students in electrical engineering. Biography: Dr. Stone Tseng is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of GCCAlliance Inc. since company inception in 2012. GCCAlliance’s innovative Software Defined Energy (SDE) solution enables Software Defined Data Center (SDDC) and high energy efficient green modular data center approaching to PUE 1. The SDE is the fundamental and a subsystem of Energy Internet in the Third Industrial Revolution and applies in Internet Data Center. The technology is potentially incorporated in the Smart Public Grid to enable the Internet commercial business model of distributed power generation and energy storage. The patented technology “Energy Virtualization” and Distributed Micro DC Grid Power and Energy Storage System received many awards in the Green Technology and Internet Data Center industries. The Green Technologies invented by Dr. Stone Tseng and GCCAlliance Inc., R&D team have been granted for more than 30 patents.

Dr. Tseng was Chief Technical Officer and Vice President of Solutions Engineering & Sales Operation, Nortel Greater China Region from 2006 to 2011. Dr. Tseng held various positions in Nortel Networks and Bell Northern Research both in North America and Asia Pacific since 1990 including, Vice President of Nortel Global WiMAX/4G Ecosystem, Vice President of Nortel Asia Wireless Business Unit, and senior management positions in research & development, product portfolio management, marketing, sales operation, and business development. He led the Wireless Internet communication research & development team in Nortel which made significant contribution to the Global Wireless Communications Technologies evolving from wireless 2G, 3G, to 4G-LTE systems and standards. In his responsibility as senior management of Nortel R&D division (Bell Northern Research), he led more than 20 scientists, including in 12 Ph.D. members, and contributed more than 100 patents in the wireless communications areas. Prior to Nortel, he was senior R&D engineer of Taiwan Industry Technology Research Institute in 1984 and Motorola-USA in 1988.

Dr. Stone received the B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Tamkang University (Taiwan) in 1982. He received the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington in 1987 and 1994 respectively. Dr. Tseng has been IEEE senior member since 1996. He served as President of the Chinese Institute of Engineers/USA-Dallas and Fort Worth chapter in 2000, and served as Vice Chairman of China TD forum in 2008 and 2009. He was Canada APAC telecom meeting delegate. He was invited speaker in China CEO Forum and WTO China round-table meeting.

Biography: Zihe Gao is a lecture of School of Civil Engineering, Zhengzhou University (ZZU). Biography: Ning Cai received the B.E. degree in Control Engineering from Tsinghua University in 1996, the M.S. degree in Computer Science from Chinese Academy of Sciences in 1999, and the Ph.D. degree in Control Theory from Tsinghua University in 2010. He was shortly with Tianjin Polytechnic University and Tsinghua University from 2010 to 2011. From 2011 to 2018, he was with Northwest University for Nationalities as an Associate Professor. Since 2018, he has been with Beijing University of Posts & Telecommunications. His current research interest focuses on the robust control and analysis of dynamical complex systems. Dr. Cai authors over 20 academic papers published in various international journals. He serves as an editorial member of Complexity and PLoS One, a Lead-Guest-Editor for J. Control Sci. Eng. and Adv. Mech. Eng., a senior member of Chinese Association of Automation (CAA), and a member of both the professional boards on Hybrid Intelligence and Parallel Intelligence in CAA. Prof. Dr. Chi-Hua Chen

Biography: Chi-Hua Chen is a distinguished professor (a Minjiang scholar and a Qishan scholar) for the College of Mathematics and Computer Science of Fuzhou University and a chair professor for the Navigation College of Dalian Maritime University. He received his B.S. degree from the Department of Management Information Systems of National Pingtung University of Science and Technology in 2007, a M.S. degree from the Institute of Information Management of National Chiao Tung University (NCTU) in 2009, and a Ph.D. degree from the Department of Information Management and Finance of NCTU in 2013. Furthermore, he served as an assistant professor for National Tsing Hua University, NCTU, National Taipei University, and National Kaohsiung University of Science and Technology.

He also served as a research fellow for the Telecommunication Laboratories of Chunghwa Telecom Co. Ltd. He has published over 240 academic articles and 50 patents. Some of these academic articles were published in IEEE Internet of Things Journal, IEICE Transactions, SIGIR, WWW, etc. He has hosted several projects which are funded by National Natural Science Foundation of China, Fujian Province, etc. He serves as a Guest Editor-in-Chief for several SCI-indexed journals (e.g. International Journal of Ad Hoc and Ubiquitous Computing, etc.). Biography: Dr. Elisa MARRASSO was born in Benevento, Italy, in 1987. She received her Bachelor Degree and Master Degree in Energy Engineering at University of Sannio, Benevento (Italy) in 2010 and 2013, respectively. She obtained Ph.D. in “Information Engineering- Curriculum Energy and Environment” from University of Sannio on March 2018. She is currently a Postdoctoral Researcher at Department of Engineering at University of Sannio. Her research interests focus on theoretical and experimental studies concerning the hybrid distributed polygeneration systems and solar cooling and heating systems in civil applications. Recently, she started a research activity on "electricity generation and trasmission system" aimed to define its energy and enevironmentl performance on the basis of real data. She has authored more than 20 papers in peer-reviewed journals and conferences, moreover, she is a reviewer of various International journals. She has supervised fifteen students of master course, seven of bachelor course in Energy Engineering at University of Sannio and one student from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in the framework of “MIT Independent Activity Program (IAP) 2018”.

Dr. Ma was a visiting scholar in Department of Civil Engineering at Monash University, Australia, and he is also a Postdoctoral Researcher at Institute of Rock and Soil Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, P.R. China. Dr. Ma received his Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering from the SWPU in 2009, Master’s Degree in Oil & Gas Well Engineering from the SWPU in 2012 and PhD Degree in Oil & Gas Well Engineering from the SWPU in 2015. His current research focuses on Petroleum Related Rock Mechanics, Measurement While Drilling, and Advanced Drilling Technologies. Dr. Ma had published 50+ journal articles in international journals, he is also the author or co-author of 10+ conference papers in various international conferences, and more than 10+ reports, paper presentations and book articles, and he had applied for 20+ patents. Dr. Ma received the Candidature Proposal of Eni Award 2015 and Eni Award 2016 – the New Frontiers of Hydrocarbons (Upstream Prize) – for work on the wellbore stability of shale gas formations. VEDPAL had served in Indian Air Force as a Technician from Jun 1990 till Jul 2007. During the service in IAF, he completed LL.B. (Hons) from Allahabad University, Allahabad and LL.M. (Criminal Law) from M.D. University, Rohtak (Haryana). In 2006, he qualified N.E.T. (UGC) Examination. In July 2007, he joined as Assistant Professor in Law at the Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Patiala (Punjab). He was then appointed as an Assistant Professor in Law, M. D. Biography: After his Msc in Computer Science at University of Pisa, he had been employed since September 2003 until January 2012 at Ferrari F1 Racing team at Maranello (Italy) as part of the internal "Research and Development" group involved in the study and technical development of new tools for vehicle dynamics and driving simulations. He holds a PhD in Computer Science and Computational Mathematics achieved at Insubria University discussing the thesis titled “An integrative framework for cooperative production resources in Smart Manufacturing”. Since February 2012 he is a researcher at the STIIMA-CNR. His main research activities concern the study and application of advanced ICT solutions to the industrial sector, focusing in particular on the enabling technologies for the implementation of the Smart Manufacturing (e.g. Digital Twin, Big Data, Internet of Things, etc.). Moreover, he studies the problems related to the interoperability of the information systems in fields such industry and healthcare. Biography: Alexander Krasinskiy was born in 1947 in the city of Tokmak, Kyrgyzstan. In 1965 he graduated from secondary school No 108 in Mariinsk, Kemerovo region. From 1965 to 1971 he studied at the Tashkent State University and the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics, the specialty of "mechanics", and the specialization "general mechanics". In 1970-1980 he worked as an engineer of the department "general mechanics" and organized two training laboratories: theoretical mechanics and the theory of gyroscopes, as well as analog and hybrid computers. In 1973-1974 and 1978 he passed semester internships at the Institute of Mechanics of the M.V. Lomonosov Moscow State University. In 1982 he defended his thesis "On the stability and stabilization of equilibrium states of mechanical systems in some critical cases" at the Council of the University of Friendship of Peoples, Moscow. In 1980-1989 he worked at the Department of Applied Mathematics (since 1999 the theory of optimal control) of Tashkent (since 1999 National) University as an assistant, assistant professor. In 1989-1991 he was a seconded doctoral student at the Department of Theoretical Mechanics and Mechatronics of the M.V. Lomonosov Moscow State University (scientific consultant Academician of RAS Prof V.V. Rumyantsev). In 1992 in the Council of the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of Moscow State University M.V. Lomonosov defended his doctoral thesis "On the Stability and Stabilization of Uninsulated Steady Motions". In 1993-2005 he worked as a professor at the Department of Optimal Control of the National University of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In 2000-2005 he worked simultaneously as a professor at the Department of Mechanics of this university. Lecture courses on optimization methods and operations research, differential equations theory, optimal control theory, dynamic programming, mathematical theory of designing control systems, stabilization of nonlinear systems with incomplete information, adaptive control theory, dynamic systems modeling, analytical mechanics and dynamics of non-holonomic systems. In 1997-2005 he was a member of the Council for the Defense of Doctoral Dissertations on Mechanics at the National University of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In 1999-2005 he was a member of the Expert Council of the Higher Certification Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the field of physics and mathematics. In 1996-2003 he was a member of the Expert Council of the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Science and Technology. In 1998 and 2002, within the framework of the DAAD program, he underwent a scientific internship at the Technical University of Darmstadt, Germany.From 2005 to the present time he works as a professor at the Moscow State University of Food Production, where he was sent by the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia at the request of the university rector to organize training of specialists in Mechatronics in the Food Industry. Since 2007, at the same time he works as a professor at the Department of Probability and Computer Simulation at the Moscow Aviation Institute. During this time he read courses on the theory of automatic control, the fundamentals of Mechatronics, information devices in robotics, computer simulation of Mechatronic systems, the construction of the converters of the motion of Mechatronic systems, the theory of probability, mathematical statistics, numerical methods, stabilization of nonlinear systems with incomplete information. Biography: Dr. Lucian Lupu-Dima was born in Timisoara. He grew up in Petrosani. He graduated from University of Petrosani, where he also obtained the PhD title in electrical engineering. He is married and he has a daughter. Dr. Lucian Lupu-Dima believes it is important for us to understand what we know and what we do not, that being a guiding principle for him. He considers that tolerance and equilibrium lead to progress and that is why he tries to be a factor of development and of evolution for the society. After graduation, in 1996, he worked in a coal preparation factory. After 3 years he was employed at a software development company, where, after 4 years, in 2000, he became manager. In the meantime, he started the doctoral studies and finished them in 2004 with the thesis: The management of energy supply and distribution systems in coal preparation plants towards an improvement of the reliability in operation and a diminution of the energy loss.” The PhD thesis is the result of many years of research and was finalised with solutions regarding the development of a management system and with important theoretical conclusions. The management activity allowed him to identify diverse opportunities. In 2004 he opened a consulting company, in the field of quality, environmental, OHSAS, information management and IT. In his desire to support the youngsters in their learning process, he accepted students in internships at his company, and later he became University associated teacher. In 2012 he became lecturer at the University of Petrosani. He wrote 7 books, 20 ISI articles, 19 BDI articles, 13 articles in national publications and he has accumulated 78 citations in national and international papers. In his spare time he loves to take pictures and to never lose contact with nature.

Biography: Mihaela Popescu was born in Craiova, Romania, in 1965. She received the Engineering degree and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Craiova, Romania, in 1988 and 2001, respectively. She also received a Certificate of Habilitation in Electrical Engineering in 2016.

She is currently a Professor at Department of Electromechanics, Environment and Applied Informatics, Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Craiova, Romania, whose director she was from 2011 to 2019.

Over the years, Prof. Mihaela Popescu has published 9 books, 68 papers in journals or proceedings indexed in ISI Web of Science, 95 papers in journals or proceedings indexed in other databases and 49 other papers. She obtained through national competition, as a director, 5 multiannual research projects with an equivalent total budget of about 2,226,000 Euro, she was a research team member in other 20 projects, and is the author of 6 patents. Her current research interests include energy efficiency, power quality, power electronics and electrical drives.

Biography: Ali Kaveh is a distinguished professor of structural engineering at Iran University of Science and Technology. He was born in (1948) in the city Tabriz of Iran and completed his school in this city. He obtained his BSc (1968) from Tabriz University, MSc (1969) and PhD (1974) from Imperial College, London, and DTech Bauwesen (1993) from TU-Wien. Since then, he has been teaching at IUST, TU-Wien, and other universities in Iran. His honors include the Memorable Scientist of Iran and Gold Medal of Education and many prices. He is a fellow of the Iranian Academy of Sciences, fellow of the European Academy of Sciences and Arts, fellow of the World Academy of Sciences, and member of 8 scientific societies, founder and editor of more than 5 scientific journals and advisory member of many journals and conferences. He has published 700 scientific journal papers, 155 conference papers, 23 books in Farsi and 15 books in English, the latest being 'Optimal Analysis of Structures by Concepts of Symmetry and Regularity', 2013, Applications of Metaheuristic Algorithms in Civil Engineering', Springer, 2017' and Advances in Metaheuristic Algorithms for Optimal Design of Structures, 3rd ed.' 2021'. Professor Kaveh has been the supervisor of more than 180 MSc students and 55 PhD students. Professor Kaveh has developed “Optimal Analysis” and many well known metaheuristic algorithms for optimal design of structures. His early contributions were focused on the force method of structural analysis and many applications of graph theory in structural engineering.

Biography: Dr. Jiansheng LIU, Ph.D of computer engineering, Department of comprehensive science and engineering, national Kagoshima University Japan. Member of IEEE Society of Fukuoka section in the research field of pattern recognition optimization algorithm, postdoctoral experience in dexterity index international project cooperation research in the State Key Laboratory of intelligent technology and systems, Tsinghua University. In early work, Served as the chief representative of British and French group companies in Shanghai. As the first to engage in the ontology development and Application Research of six axis industrial robots in China. He has led and completed more than 30 major projects of robot automation system on industrial production lines, including the Shanghai intelligent robot cultural and creative fund project, with a total output value of more than 70 million US dollars, these technical achievements serve more than 90% of automobile brand enterprises and large iron and steel industrial and mining enterprises. As a scholar of the Institute of mathematical information of Kagoshima University, Visited MIT and the Pattern Recognition Institute of Tokyo University of agriculture and technology in the research of robot human-computer interaction. He has the research results of voiceprint recognition, genetic algorithm and machine learning related to human-computer interaction, and have published many academic papers in international well-known academic conference journals, At the same time, he has served as the paper reviewer and professional committee of some academic conferences for a long time. Cooperate with domestic and foreign scientific research teams to engage in innovative design and development of application scenarios of robot and artificial intelligence achievements, and strive to promote the industrialization of achievements and the construction of digital economy, a new driving force of the current industry.

Biography: Dr. Maode Ma, Fellow of IET, received his Ph.D. degree in computer science from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 1999. Now, Dr. Ma is a Research Professor in the College of Engineering at Qatar University in Qatar. He has been a faculty member in the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore for over 20 years. He has extensive research interests including network security and wireless networking. Dr. Ma has over 450 international academic publications including more than 220 journal papers and over 230 conference papers. He has delivered more than 70 keynote speeches at various international conferences. He has served as various chairs for over 100 international conferences. He currently serves as the Editor-in-Chief of International Journal of Computer and Communication Engineering and Journal of Communications. He serves as a Senior Editor for IEEE Communication Survey and Tutorials and an Associate Editor for other 2 international academic journals. Dr. Ma is a Senior Member of IEEE Communication Society, and a Member of ACM. He is the Chair of the ACM, Singapore Chapter. He also works as the Education Chair for the IEEE Singapore Section. Between 2004-2006 he continued his Master's degree in Computer Science with major field Information Technology in University Indonesia, with degree title M.T.I. (Magister Teknologi Informasi) (http://mti.cs.ui.ac.id/indonesia/?mod=content&type=home) with master thesis topic about Datawarehouse which was funded by Budi Luhur university. Biography: Dr. Subhendu Bhandari is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Plastic and Polymer Engineering at Maharashtra Institute of Technology, Aurangabad, Maharashtra since 2015. His academic background and research interest encompass diversified fields of polymer science and technology. He pursued Bachelor of Technology in Jute and Fibre Technology from University of Calcutta in 2005 and Master of Technology in Rubber Technology from Rubber Technology Centre at Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur in 2009. He earned his Ph.D. in the field of nanostructured conducting polymer and its composites for supercapacitor application in the year 2015. Dr. Andrew Paul Csizmadia

Biography: Andrew taught computer science in secondary schools and post 16 education establishments in North Wales for over 15 years. Then he was appointed to lead the Super Cisco Academic Training Centre for EMEA based at Birmingham City University training Cisco Academy instructors. Currently, Andrew is employed as a Senior Lecturer Secondary Computing at Newman University where he is the subject lead for the BSc Computer Science programme. Andrew was seconded to the British Computer Society as the Academic Lead for the BCS Certificate in Computer Science Teaching. Biography: Samir Ladaci received the State Engineer degree in Automatics from the Polytechnic School of Algiers in 1995 and the Magister degree in Industrial Automation from Annaba University, Algeria in 1999. He received his Ph.D. and HDR degree (Habilitation à diriger les Recherches) from the department of Electronics, Mentouri University of Constantine, Algeria in 2007 and 2009 respectively.

From 2001 to 2013, he was an assistant professor and then associate professor (Maitre de conférence 'A') in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Skikda University, Algeria. And from December 2013 to October 2021 ha was with the National Polytechnic School of Constantine, Algeria as a Full Professor in Automatics and Control Engineering since January 2015. Biography: Gennadiy I. Churyumov is a senior researcher of O.Ya Usikov Institute of Radiophysics and Electronics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. He received the Dipl.-Ing. degree in electronic engineering after graduating from the Kharkiv Institute of Radio Electronics, Kharkiv, Ukraine in 1974. In 1981 he received a Ph.D. degree in radiophysics from the Kharkiv Institute of Radio Electronics. In 1997, he received a D.Sc. degree in physical electronics from the O.Ya Usikov Institute of Radiophysics and Electronics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. In 2002, he became a full professor of the Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics in which he worked as a Head of the Microwave & Optoelectronics Laboratory from 1981 up to 2021. Beginning in 2018, he is by a visiting professor at the Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, China. Prof. G. Churyumov has authored 4 monographs, more than 100 peer-reviewed publications, and more than 50 patents. He is a senior member of the ED, MTT, and Computer Societies of the IEEE. Having been a Chair of the AP/C/EMC/SP Joint Kharkiv Chapter, he received appreciations from the IEEE for notable services and contributions towards the advancements of the IEEE and the engineering professions. Biography: Dr. Vicente Ramos (Spain), economist, PhD in Economics, and professor at the University of the Balearic Islands' Department of Applied Economics. Biography: Arslan Iliasovich Enikeev was born on September 14, 1947 in the city of Andijan, Uzbekistan from a family of teachers. In 1965 he graduated from the specialized mathematical school in Andijan. From 1965 to1970 he was a student of the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of Kazan State University. After graduating from Kazan University in 1970 he started working at computer production company in the city of Kazan as the software engineer. In 1972 he entered the postgraduate study at the Department of Theoretical Cybernetics of Kazan University, which he successfully completed in 1975. After postgraduate study he was working at Kazan University, starting as an assistant and ending with the position of Associate Professor at the Department of programming technique. In 1978 he successfully defended his Ph.D. thesis (Thesis: On the software tools providing computer assisted solution of informational logical problems). From 1982 to 1983 he was working as a research student at the Computing Laboratory of Oxford University (UK). From 2012 to 2018 he headed the department of programming technique at the Kazan University. His scientific research is carried out in the following areas: Computer Science, especially program specification, software engineering , the theory of communicating processes and models of object oriented database management systems, Artificial Intelligence. A.I. Enikeev has over 100 scientific publications in the areas mentioned and participated in many international conferences. Under his supervision five Ph.D. theses were successfully defended . He is also actively involved in the educational activities, delivering lectures and Labs on the software engineering. He is married and has two children.

Biography: Prof. Anastasios Doulamis (male), he has received the Diploma degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) with the highest honor (first ranked among all classmates) and the PhD degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from NTUA. He is currently Associate Professor at the National Technical University of Athens.

Prof. Anastasios Doulamis has received several awards and prizes during his studies, including the Best Greek Student in all fields of engineering in national level, the Best Graduate Thesis Award in the area of Electrical Engineering and several prizes from the National Technical University of Athens, the National Scholarship Foundation and the Technical Chamber of Greece. He was given the NTUA Medal as Best Young Engineer. He received the best PhD thesis award by the Thomaidion Foundation. He was three best paper awards in IEEE conferences.

He is currently the author of more than 85 journal papers, 21 book chapters and more than 260 conference papers, the majority of which is within the IEEE archives. In NTUA, he teaches signal processing, computer vision-digital photogrammetry, programming languages and databases.

He is currently involved, either as coordinator or as scientific responsible, in more than 15 Horizon 2020 European Union Projects in the board field of remote sensing, hyper-spectral imaging for environmental and medical applications, road infrastructure inspection, computer vision methods for the preservation of cultural heritage.
