会议简介
第三届建模、仿真、优化与算法国际学术会议(ICMSOA 2021)将于2021年11月12日至14日在海南三亚举办。会议期待在计算建模、仿真、优化和算法的所有主要领域的理论和实践方面的重大贡献，旨在为学术界和产业界的研究人员和从业者提供一个交流和分享该领域前沿发展的平台。

Prof. Subhabrata Banerjee
印度加尔各答工程与管理学院电子与通信工程系
简介： Subhabrata Banerjee 博士是印度加尔各答工程与管理学院电子与通信工程系教授。他获得了西孟加拉邦政府 WBED 的国家奖学金。他在印度加尔各答著名的贾达夫普尔大学获得电子和电信工程硕士及博士学位。他最初在 Cognizant Technology Solution 担任程序员分析员，然后在印度加尔各答未来工程与管理学院电子与通信工程系担任助理教授，此后在同一机构担任副教授。自 2021 年起，他在印度加尔各答的工程与管理学院担任教授。他在著名期刊上发表了多篇文章，包括 Wireless Personal Communication (Springer)、Personal and Ubiquitous Computing (Springer)、International Journal of Communication Systems ( Wiley）和 Institution of Engineering and Technology（IET，英国）。他在国际会议和国际知名期刊上发表了30多篇论文。他还在英国IET出版了书籍章节。他目前的研究兴趣包括通信与编码理论、机器学习、机器人、物联网、控制系统和进化算法、软计算。
曾维理副教授
中国江苏省南京市南京航空航天大学民航学院
简介：曾维理于 2007 年获得吉首大学应用数学学士学位，2007 年获得理学硕士学位。 分别于2009年和2013年获得东南大学应用数学学士学位和智能交通系统博士学位。 现任南京航空航天大学民航学院副教授、硕士生导师。 2013年至2015年在东南大学自动化学院从事博士后研究。 他发表了60多篇论文。 他目前的研究兴趣包括空中交通管理、空中智能交通系统、交通数据挖掘和人工智能。

Biography: Harco Leslie Hendric Spits Warnars is Head of Concentration of Information Systems at Doctor of Computer Science (DCS) Bina Nusantara University (http://dcs.binus.ac.id) and supervisor some Ph.D. students in Computer Science. He did Bachelor's degree in Computer Science in the Information Systems field from STMIK Budi Luhur (http://fti.budiluhur.ac.id/id/), Jakarta Selatan, Indonesia with title S.Kom (Sarjana Komputer) between 1991-1995 with a bachelor thesis topic about information systems using Budi Luhur scholarship. Between 2004-2006 he continued his Master's degree in Computer Science with major field Information Technology in University Indonesia, with degree title M.T.I. (Magister Teknologi Informasi) (http://mti.cs.ui.ac.id/indonesia/?mod=content&type=home) with master thesis topic about Datawarehouse which was funded by Budi Luhur university. His Ph.D. Computer Science was done at The Manchester Metropolitan University, Manchester, United Kingdom (http://www2.mmu.ac.uk/science-engineering/), with a Ph.D. Thesis topic about Data Mining between 2008-2012. His Ph.D. Was funded by the Directorate General of Higher Education, Ministry of Education and Culture, Republic of Indonesia (DIKTI) scholarship.
He has been teaching computer science subjects since 1995. He has an Indonesian national lecturer degree Lektor Kepala (550) since 2007 which is recognized as Associate Professor. He had awarded some research grants such as Program of research incentive of national innovation system (SINAS) from the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia and Incentives article in the International Journal from the directorate of research and community service, Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia.
He is a member of some professional membership such as IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) since 2011, member number: 92305834, (www.IEEE.org), SDIWC ( The Society of Digital Information and Wireless Communication) member ID:3518 since March 2014, (www.SDIWC.net), IAENG (International Association of Engineers) member number: 140849 since April 2014, (www.IAENG.org), IACSIT (International Association of Computer Science and Information Technology) senior member since Jan 2014, (www.IACSIT.org), INSTICC (the Institute for Systems and Technologies of Information, Control and Communication) member number 5279 since June 2014, (http://www.insticc.org/myINSTICC/). He is active as a reviewer/program committee for some International journals or conferences and active as general chair, program chair, the general committee for some international conferences, active as the advisory and editorial board for 6 journals. Dr. Pratibhamoy Das
印度巴特那印度理工学院数学系
简介： Pratibhamoy Das 博士是印度巴特那理工学院数学系的助理教授。他主要从事奇异摄动微分方程和分数阶积分微分方程近似的最优精确数值分析。目前，他正在研究边界/内部层起源抛物线问题和理论方面的系统的后验估计以及分数积分微分模型的基于最小二乘法的最优精确解。
在加入印度理工学院 （IIT）之前，他是德国柏林工业大学数学研究所的爱因斯坦基金会研究员，在那里他与 Volker Mehrmann 教授小组一起工作。他还是印度博帕尔印度科学教育与研究学院的客座教授和印度科学班加罗尔研究所的 NBHM 研究员。他在孟买印度理工学院获得了硕士学位，并在高哈蒂印度理工学院获得了博士学位。目前拥有大量国际MathSciNet和SCI收录的出版物和单作者刊物。他还获得了多个奖项，包括第 100 届印度科学大会青年科学家奖和德国 DAAD 研究大使。
徐锦泱副教授
上海交通大学机动学院
简介：徐锦泱，男，工学博士，上海交通大学副教授，博士生导师，上海市浦江学者。现为美国机械工程师学会（ASME）、国际建模与仿真学会（SCS）、国际先进材料协会（IAAM）会员。2016年7月获法国巴黎高科Arts et Métiers ParisTech工学博士学位；2013年3月毕业于上海交通大学机械制造及自动化专业，获工学硕士学位；2010年6月毕业于南京农业大学机械设计制造及其自动化专业，获工学学士学位。主要从事复合材料精密切削技术、切削有限元仿真、微细加工、表面工程及多尺度制造等方面的研究。先后主持/参加国家自然科学基金青年/面上/重点项目、国家重点研发计划、国家科技重大专项、上海市浦江人才计划、上海航天科技创新基金等课题10余项。以第一/通讯作者在复合材料加工、先进制造领域国际权威期刊发表SCI论文40余篇，其它论文40余篇，谷歌学术引用1400余次（H-index=21），主编中文学术专著1部，参编英文专著2部，撰写英文专著章节2篇，主编英文特刊8次，申请国家发明专利10余项（已授权2项），受邀作国际/国内学术会议特邀/邀请报告8次。担任国际期刊《Journal of Coating Science and Technology》和《International Journal of Product Sound Quality》主编，国际SCI/EI期刊《Simulation – Trans Soc Mod Sim Int》和《Journal of Research Updates in Polymer Science》副主编，《Green Materials》、《International Journal of Aerospace Engineering》、《Lubricants》、《Journal of Composites Science》、《Current Materials Science》等10余本国际学术期刊编委，《高教学刊》副主任委员兼编委，《表面技术》青年编委，IJMTM、JMPT、IJAMT、IJMS、COST、WEAR等50余本国际SCI期刊特约审稿专家；同时担任APMAS、FAIM、ICMEM、ICMSOA、ICMD2021、ICEM2022等国际学术会议委员会委员10余次、大会（分会）主席6次、出版主编3次。现任中国机械工业金属切削刀具技术协会切削先进技术研究分会全国理事兼秘书处副秘书长、全国材料与器件科学家智库复合材料专家委员会副主任委员、IEEPA国际生态经济协会专业会员、国际应用物理与材料科学委员会委员、国际先进材料学会委员、机械系统与振动国家重点实验室固定研究人员。入选上海市浦江人才计划（2017年），获国际先进材料协会科学家奖章（2020年）、第13届中日超精密加工国际会议（13th CJUMP）最佳论文奖（2017年）、国际绿色制造与应用会议（ISGMA）最佳论文奖（2015年）、上海市优秀硕士学位论文奖（2015年）、上海市优秀毕业生（2013年）等奖励称号。
